SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When we have two control owners on the Control, change log is found an Item (Issue) in Workflow is shown to both the control owners.
But as soon as one of the Control Owner opens the item it is reserved for that user and the item goes away from other control owner's inbox.
Is there any configuration to maintain using which we can keep that item in both of the control owners inbox until one of them close the issue.
