2731438 - How to Prevent User From Modifying the Job Relationships During Hire / Rehire Using Business Rule

Business requirement is to prevent hiring agent from modifying pre-set Job Relationships Values during the Hire or Rehire events

• 1: Go to perform an internal hire Step
• 2: Job relationships Need to be not be editable

It is not possible to prevent an agent from editing / deleting the Job Rel Values.

However it is possible to raise a message OnSave to throw an Info Message, Warining or Error

Please attempt a configuration as indicated below:

This example is for Rehire Event.

The rule throws an error when saving if the agent (in Super Admin Group) has changed the existing Job Rel Values in the process.

You can also change this rule to suit your business requirement
