2731549 - Unit of Measure Drop Down List is Empty

After creating question in Surveys and choosing Question Type as Quantity there are no records in Unit of Measure drop down field.

This is also valid if your are configuring a Workflow Rule and the field Time Offset is empty

SAP Cloud For Customer.

1. Go to the survey work center.
2. Choose the view surveys.
3. Find XYZ (XYZ represent survey ID).
4. Open the survey.
5. Choose the view Design.
6. Choose the button ADD.
7. In the new pop screen choose the question type as Quantity.
8. Choose the field Unit of Measure.
9. Choose the drop-down value.
10. The system says no records found.

For Workflow Rule:

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Select the Workflow Rule view.
3. Click on New.
4. Select Any Business Object.
5. Select Timming as Scheduled.
6. Click on the Time Offset field. There are no options available.

The Unit of measure field drop down list is empty because there are no active/released physical units maintained in the system under finetuning activity "Quantities and Units of Measure."

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Choose the view implementation projects.
3. Choose the project with Stated status.
4. Choose the button Open Activity List.
5. Choose the view Fine-Tune.
6. Search for the activity Quantities and Units of Measure.
7. If this activity is not added to the project Please add it to the project.
8. Choose the activity Quantities and Units of Measure and open it.
9. Choose the view Physical Units.
10. Choose the button Create and maintain physical units.
11. In the new screen select the units you wish to show in the drop-down list and change the activation status to Released.
12. Save and close.
