2731597 - Termination Details Missing for Terminated User

• An user who has been terminated has no Termination Details showing in the Employment Details portlet.
• You may also find that this user does not show in the rehire inactive user wizard or that they show as active in search.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Termination

1. Find a user who has a Termination Recod in Job History
2. Navigate to their Employment Details portlet and their Termination Details are not shown.

• This is caused by the user being Terminated incorrectly.
• A user must be terminated via the Termination UI or import. User should not be terminated via Job History.
• If an user is terminated via Job History their Termination Details will not be created, and the system will still treat them as an active user, hence why they will not show in Rehire Inactive Users.

To resolve the issue, the termination record must be deleted and the employee must be terminated via the MSS(or Take Action) -> End Employment/Termination or via Import.
