2731751 - Encountered 'Incorrect page header read' problem and became crash -- SAP IQ

After upgraded tp SP11.21, due to 'IPHR(Incorrect page header read)' problem, suddenly server got crash many times. 
Wen executed DBCC on one table, it reported various ( not-consistent ) error detection message, first run DBCC said all FP column had problem,
but next another DBCC reported some of FP columns had problem. There is no RLV table in this customer DB.
