While performing an upgrade plan to SAP Access Control 12.0 and NW AS ABAP 7.52 in Maintenance Planner, the below validation error occurs:

"The Installation/Upgrade Package for Add-on SAP_ABA rel. 752 is not available"

Or the error message could be:

"There is no usable Inst. / Upg. Package available for Add-On SAP_ABA rel.752"

Source system is not on Netweaver 7.5
