Symptom
End users (SOLMANREQU Business Role) work with Solution Manager Incident Management to handle IT incidents. When using 'Manage Substitutes' they are unable to select a Business Partner for substitution and the following behavior can be observed:

0 Contacts are found when searching Business Partners for substitution without restrictions.

Error message 'Business Partner xxxxxxxxxx is invalid' (AI_CRM_UI 008) is displayed when a valid Business Partner is introduced manually.
