Symptom

  •  The option "Load Packages" -> "SAR files from Application Server" fails with an error
  • The error messages is 
    "There is no decompression software installed on the application server"
  • The SAPCAR executables are present in the DIR_CT_RUN / DIR_EXECUTABLE as required
  • in dev_cp the log shows the execution:
    External program: $-DIR_EXECUTABLE-\SAPCAR
