Symptom

  • You installed a SAP Web Dispatcher, version 7.49 or greater;
  • The correct templates of the Note 2380768 - RCA Template for Solution Manager 7.20 SP03 were uploaded;
  • The procedures described in this Wiki were followed
  • You cannot set the Software Component Versions as Installed.
  • The following message is displayed:
