You are on the E-mails view of the Activities work center and would like to see the address of the sender of the e-mails listed.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Activities work center.
  2. Select the E-mails view.
  3. On the list, there are many columns with diverse information, however, the e-mail address of the sender is not specified.


The column available currently, is the Message From that works this way:

  • If the e-mail address of the sender has a record on the system, for example a Contact or an Employee, this record will be shown and can be clicked on to open the details.
  • If the e-mail address of the sender does not have a record of the system, then the e-mail address will be shown on the Message From column.


As of the current release of the system, only the Message From column is available to show the details of the sender on the search list.

If a different form of seeing this data is needed urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
