2732643 - Wrong location on job board - Recruiting Posting

• The location that is shown on a job board is different from what was filled in Recruiting Posting.
• My jobs are published on job boards with a wrong location.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Most of the job boards has their own system to define the location from the information Recruiting Posting sends in the feed. Some of them just copy and paste the information they receive while other reprocess it through an automated system that could be very precise using the city, postal code and country information.

The city value must be the exact official name and cannot contain any additional information like country or region code.

Recheck that everything matches in your job requisition, especially between the city and the postal code. You can also download posting logs (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3276360) and check if the same correct details were transmitted to the job board.

Please note that you will most likely encounter an error if the location field is filled with an address instead of a city.
