Symptom
You simulate a sales order and receive "Incorrect index structure for table IVBEP1" as error message
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales Order workcenter
- Open Sales Order related to the Error
- Click Action
- Select Simulate
Resolution
The error can be resolved by manually increasing the available increments between the line items.
E.g. When you have two items, 10 and 20, you change 20 to 100.
Alternatively you may change the configuration:
- Go to the Business Configuration workcenter
- Select Overview
- Find Sales Order Activity
- Select Document Type link
- Find Document type related to the error
- Increase item increment (e.g. 100 instead of 10)
