Symptom
- Receiving frequent error messages in the ASE errorlog:
- Security Control Layer's memory allocation routine returned an error.
- SCL error in function: sec_setup. Operation: sec_memalloc().
- Kerberos connections are working fine.
- ASE server checks are clean.
- Unix host shows no issues.
- Increasing the 'number of users connections' ASE configuration parameter provides only a temporary relief but is not providing a long term / permanent solution.
