Symptom

During the KX_SWITCH phase of SUM, the upgrade stops with the following error:

1EETQ399 Unable to delete file D:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe\brspace.exe: Deleting 'D:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe\brspace.exe' failed: Access is denied.
1EETQ399 Unable to delete file D:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe\brtools.exe: Deleting 'D:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe\brtools.exe' failed: Access is denied.
1EETQ399 Unable to delete file D:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe\dbghelp.dll: Deleting 'D:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe\dbghelp.dll' failed: Access is denied.
