You have executed Actual Cost Rollup Run but ended up with errors

Valuation with cost estimate of production lot failed
Valuation with cost estimate of material failed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Inventory Valuation work center.
2. Select Actual Cost Rollup view.
3. Find the executed Actual Cost Rollup run in question.
4. Navigate to the Messages tab.

Actual Cost Rollup run was performed before to the production confirmations of the related production lots included in the rollup run.

1. Go to the Production Control work center.
2. Go to the Monitoring view.
3. Select the production lot in question.
4. Edit and navigate to Confirmations tab.

Here you can see the latest confirmation Created On date is later to the rollup run Executed On date.

Also, for the material in question, the material actual costing was also done before these production confirmations.

WIP Clearing Run should be done for these production lots and then Actual Cost Rollup run should be done again to get the expected results.
