2733213 - Access control does not work correctly with Input Control in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• Access Control works well on tables but it doesn't work in input control, the user is able to see all dimension members while in access control configuration he is supposed to see only few of them.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 

Step 1: Connect to SAC and configure Access Control for dimension A
Step 2: Create Story table and define Imput Control
Step 3: All dimension members are visible in input control

Development team confirmed that this is a limitation.

This is a limitation: Combining Data Access Control with static filters where we show an error state with the message "This input control has filters based upon dimensions that have some members hidden for users without authorization. If only hidden members were selected for filtering, you may not see any data." This does not occur with dynamic filters where All members are selected and is currently a known limitation. A change to this behaviour would be considered a feature request.
