2733461 - End user see "Page not found" error after customizing the display information as KBA 2731830

After customizing displayed information of content area as KBA  2731830 , Administrator is able to see the content, but end user will fail to do so with following error:

"Page not found. Refresh the page or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your Portal administrator for assistance."

In defaultTrace, the following error will be shown:
