2733532 - Error While Approving Workflow For Leave Of Absence Leave Type

Symptom

Error "An error occurred when processing rules for the following element type (JOB_INFO) for these users: \{1\}" occurs while approving workflow of a leave of absence type of leave request.

Environment

Successfactors - Employee Central Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

Employee requests a Leave of Absence
Manager receives the workflow for approval and clicks on approve.
An Error occurs as "An error occurred when processing rules for the following element type (JOB_INFO) for these users: \{1\}"

Cause

This happens if the 'Rule' object definition is set as secured to 'Yes'.

Resolution

Navigate to Admin Center -> NAvigate to configure object definition -> Select 'Rule'-> Take Action -> Make Correction -> Set the Secured to 'No'.
