2733543 - Person and Employment Info (as of date) Report Shows Employee Details For The Date Before The Hire Date

 Person and Employment Info (as of date) report is returning employee details for the date he/she was not hired in company.

Successfactors - Employee Central Adhoc Reports

1. Employee XYZ is hired on 3rd Dec 2018. 
2. Navigate to Adhoc reports and pull the report as of the date 30th Nov 2018. 
3. The report picks the employee even though she was not hired on 30th Nov 2018 and few details like hire date, email address, date of birth etc are displayed even though the as of date is before her hire date. 

This is expected behavior and as per design.

• The details that appear are from non-effective dated portlets like Employment Details portlet, Biographical Info, Phone Information etc.

• Only effective dated portlet's field values are hidden/blank.

• As a workaround, you can use Date Range report if you want this employee not to be shown in the reports.
