Symptom

  • Error may be raised when a package is selected while using the tool in the left upper corner:

Cannot retrieve the SVG diagram. This diagram has not been saved.

  • The diagram page may also look simply blank and no symbol is displayed at all.
  • No error is returned in the Chrome DevTools Console.
