2733741 - Recruiting Tile not Showing the Requisitions Which are Awaiting Approval - Recruiting Management

When the user go to the My Info section in the HomePage, if you click in the Recruiting tile, the user is being directed to the Recruiting page instead of showing the pending Job Requisition which the user is being part of.

1.  Go to the HomePage, 
2.  Under My Info section, open the Recruiting tile.

This an expected behavior being send to the Recruiting page if you don't have any participation in a pending Requisition.
