You cannot find a specific form template for Service Quote similar to the Sales Quote template available.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to the Application and User Management work center.

Go to the Input and Output Management view.
-
Select the Form Template Selection sub view.
-
Open the Show Rules for drop-down menu.
For Sales Quote there is a form template available but for Service Quote no specific template is available.
Cause
All quotes use the same form template. This is the expected system logic.
Resolution
The Sales Quote form template available is used also for your Service Quote or Quote for Contract.
