2733783 - Error while adding a job to scheduler. - SAP Data Services

• Unable to create new schedule in SAP Data Services Management Console (DSMC) or activate an existing one. Fails with the following error message.
  Error "[Repository:REPOSITORY_NAME:Schedule:AllDiv_Fact Error:Error while adding a job to scheduler] When contacting the server above exception was encountered, so it will be assumed the schedule is not active anymore."
• Windows Event Viewer may have the following error:
  Error "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM ran SVCHOST.EXE, which tried to access C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\TASKS\ATNN, violating the rule "RULE_NAME", and was blocked. For information about how to respond to this event, see KB85494."
