2734017 - UME Technical user prompted for password change

A user is created in UME User Management (useradmin) with Technical User Security Policy. You can logon to the standard NetWeaver Java applications, like /nwa or /irj/portal,  without  ever getting a prompt to change the password. You also have a custom application or 3rd party application that has a custom logon application. When logging onto that application you get a prompt to change the password, even though the user is a Technical User and there is no expiration of the password for the Technical User security profile.
