2734017 - UME Technical user prompted for password change

A user is created in UME User Management (useradmin) with the Technical User Security Policy. Logging on to the standard NetWeaver Java applications, such as /nwa or /irj/portal, does not prompt for a password change. However, when accessing a custom application or third-party application with a custom logon application, a prompt to change the password appears, even though the user is a Technical User and there is no expiration of the password for the Technical User security profile.
