2734170 - How to scope for adding sub domain field to activate mass email functionality in cloud for customer

Symptom

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

To activate the mass email functionality sub-domain needs to be added for which scoping has to be done under First Implementation.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration Work center.
  2. Go to Overview Sub view.
  3. Search for Email and Fax Settings.
  4. Click on Email and Fax Settings.

Cause

As the scoping is not done only two options are available.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
  2. Go to Implementation Project Sub view
  3. Click on First Implementation.
  4. Click on Edit Project Scope.
  5. Click next until you reach Questions.

     6.  Click on next and finish.

 After scoping is done the options for adding the sub domain and documentation will be available.
