2734363 - You cannot Delete Sales Documents that were Depersonalised

You have depersonalized a sales document (such as an opportunity). Now you want to delete this document but you get the message: "Document is depersonalized and cannot be deleted”.

You would like to either revert the fact that the sales document was depersonalized and then delete it OR be able to delete the sales documents which are depersonalized.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view, for example.
3. Select an opportunity.
4. Click Actions > Depersonalize.
   Result: The opportunity name will be XXXXX.
5. Try to delete the opportunity clicking on the bin icon.
   Result: You will get a message “Document is depersonalized and cannot be deleted”.

It is not possible to delete sales documents that were depersonalized. Moreover, it is not possible to revert the fact that a sales document is depersonalized.

This is the designed system behaviour.
