Is it possible to redirect users that clicks on RCM Career Portal URL to the RMK Site?

It is not possible to redirect those users to the RMK site once they click on the RCM Career Portal URL.

However, once the Recruiting Execution is configured, users are automatically redirected to the RMK job page if they click on the Job Title from the RCM Career Portal.

Note that if the job has not been synced to RMK yet then the redirect will land on the RMK home page. While the synchronization is usually very quick (Real Time Job Sync) an issue should not be logged with Support for delays of less than an hour.
