2734583 - GDPR: Some Types set to false are still being Audited

Symptom

When all the audit.*.enabled=false settings are applied, there are still types that are being audited. This is adding rows to the database and performance impacts.

Some of the affected tables are:

Environment

This issue is observed on hybris versions 6.6 and 6.7. More specifically, it affects patch levels pre 6.6.0.7 and pre 6.7.0.3.

It can also be observed in later versions upon migration from one of the versions above, if data already started wrongly accumulating on the affected tables.
