2734656 - How to Disable Report Case from Help Center in C4C

Symptom

You want to disable the "Report case" feature for users.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

You do not want certain users to be able to report cases. This can be applied at business role or company level.

In order to apply these changes, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Adapt menu in the top right corner.
  2. Select Company Settings.
  3. In the General tab there is a setting called Disable Report case.
  4. Select this.
  5. Save and close, then log in again.
