2734656 - How to Disable Report Incident from Help Center in C4C


This KBA will help you to disable the Incident Link from the Help Center.


SAP Cloud for Customer


You do not want your users to report an incident from the C4C system.

In order to do that, Please follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Adapt menu in the top right corner.
  2. Select Company Settings.
  3. In the General tab there is a setting called Disable Report Incident.
  4. Select this.
  5. Save and close, then log in again.
