In the User Information section of the Performance Form or 360 Multi-rater Review, the gender field displays the values "M" or "F" instead of the labels "Male" or "Female".

In the Employee Information section, the Gender is displayed as a value "F" instead of "Female":

The User Information section of the Performance Form or 360 Multi-rater Review will only display the values that are maintained in the User Data File e.g. "M" or "F".
