2734987 - Lumira Designer exported CSV file displays messy code for Japanese characters

Symptom

In Lumira Deisgner application, technical component EXPORT_CSV is used to export the application as a CSV file.

When opening the exported CSV file in Excel, characters of some lauguages such as Japanese language, Chinese language are corrupted and displayed as messy codes.

The CSV file can however be opened and displayed normally without messy codes in other tools such as Notepad.
