2735122 - Attachment Types in the Tickets and other objects can not be Hidden

• Standard attachment types cannot be hidden within the attachment facet of tickets.
• This limitation also applies to other objects such as Sales Orders and Quotes.

As example we are using the Ticket BO, the same is true for other business objects, such as Sales Orders, Sales Quotes, etc. 

1. Go to the Service work center.
2. Go to the Tickets view .
3. Search for ticket XYZ1 (where XYZ1 is the ticket name) and open it.
4. Go to the Attachments facet .
5. 6. Enter Adaptation mode.
6. Click on button Add ->Local file and select the drop-down option of Attachment Type field.
7. Observe that there is no option available to hide or delete the attachment type from the drop-down menu.

It is currently not possible to hide standard attachment types due to system limitations.

• The system displays all standard attachment types, and they cannot be hidden or deleted, even through adaptation.
• This behavior is inherent to the current system design.
