2735366 - HANA Cockpit return an empty screen

Symptom

After installing a new SAP HANA Cockpit environment, the HANA Cockipt Admin part works fine, but the HANA Cockpit login itself return a completely blank screen.
Testing with diffrent internet browser does not fix this issue and there is also no error or missing permission regarding the HANA Cockpit user in the trace files.
