2735439 - Deploying XSA MTAR file fails - Could not create client instance - 400 Could not update parameters of service

Deploying a Multi-Target Application Archive (MTAR) in SAP HANA Extended Application Services, Advanced Model (XSA) fails.

• Application log shows the followings:
    
  Unexpected error: Could not create client instance
  Exception occured during execution: "Could not create client instance"
    
• After gathering deploy logs as per KBA "2487590 - How to get deployment logs from XSA" it can be seen:
    
  Caused by: com.sap.cloud.lm.sl.common.SLException: Controller operation failed: 400 Could not update parameters of service "<name of service>" to "{schema=<name of service>}": Could not update parameters for service <name of service>: Patching service <name of service> to plan id plan id <...> "hdi-broker" (url: https://uaa-server.<host>:<port>/hdi-broker) failed due to unexpected return code from broker: schemaParameterChangeNotSupported
