1. Upload the US standard reports e.g. Equal Employment Opportunity Analysis EEO
2. Edit the report and check that it is showing the "Error rendering list report" message
3. Validate the page and find the error below
   

The report is based on the foundation object "Reporting Entity for NA", which has a link to the MDF-picklists REPORING_UNIT, NAICS and ReportCode.
If these picklists were not created in the instance, the report will show the validation error below:

• Query contains an invalid auto link column 'MEMB_SF_FIELD7 (MEM_EXTERNAL_CODE)' from table 'NAReportingEntity' to table 'AUTO_FOUNDATION_OBJECT_PICKLIST_MDF_NAICS'

The 'MEMB_SF_FIELD7 (MEM_EXTERNAL_CODE)' is the 'naicsCode' field of the 'NAReportingEntity' object in Configure Object Definition:

This field pulls the MDF-picklist 'NAICS':

However, if this picklist was not created in Configure Object Definition > Picklists or Picklist Center in case you were migrated, the standard report will not work.

Open the How to Use Standard Reports guide and check the section 12 Country-Specific Reports. You will find all the prerequisites to use the standard reports e.g. for "Equal Employment Opportunity Analysis" -> create the MDF-picklists REPORING_UNIT, NAICS and ReportCode (external codes: All, EEO, VETS-100, VETS4212) under the Admin Center => Configure Object Definitions => Picklists.

Also, if you face RBP issue with this report (e.g. after fixing the validation errors), or if you try to recreate the report from scratch but cannot find the 'NAReportingEntity' object, you will need to secure this object and set the RBP permission properly.
