Symptom
- There is a requirement to integration a custom mobile application (e.g. MeConnect) with EC Ask HR
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Service Center Mobile
Resolution
- EC Service Center AskHR currently does not support integration with other third party applications.
- For AskHR Ticket Creation via mobile, this is already available as a pre-delivered feature in the SF Native Mobile application.
- To configure Ask HR for SF Mobile, please refer to the Implementation Guide.
