2735544 - Offboarding Admin Report Activities page showing blank screen after selecting Offboarding Process

Customer wants to create an Offboarding Admin Activities report but after selecting the process type as offboarding under admin reports then a blank screen is shown up.

Step1: Login to customer instance 
Step2: Navigate to Onboarding > Admin Reports > Activities > select process Offboarding 
Step3: You will see the blank page

The Possible casue is the application issue

Support please check internal memo for splunk logs

Process name defined in Super admin => processes for the respective process and Notification name defined for the same process must be unique.
which means ,  if in the Offboarding Process the Step 2 name is "Exit Interview" and There is a Notification for Offboarding process with same name "Exit Interview" , you will face this issue. You need to rename the notification to "Exit Interview Notification" or "Exit Interview Completion" and then you can run the report.
