2735551 - Local host OS version out of range during DMO

When you do DMO using SUM with system move, an error occurs in the PREP_INPUT / CONFCHK_IMP procedure.

ERROR: Local host OS version XXX out of range (too low)

INFO: Please note that this check may be preliminary since the tool has not yet collected enough information about the target. So the requested version might eventually be higher.

The current SUM runs on source server, but SUM expects a higher OS version of source server for target product, even though the target server which is matched the target product in PAM is prepared.
