2735782 - Form Inbox Search Filter Division/Department/Location has no value

When searching form on form inbox page, the search filter Division/Department/Location can't be used. The filter is displaying "All Division/All Department/All Location", and no value can be selected in the dropdown list.

This is a configuration issue. Please go to provisioning and check if the option "Enable Target Population for Mass create form instances" is enabled.

This switch is for non-RBP instance. If you're using RBP, the "Enable Target Population for Mass create form instances" option should never be enabled. It will casue some issue like this.

Disable the switch "Enable Target Population for Mass create form instances" in provisioning.
