2735830 - Overall Section Ratings are showing Unrated in Summary Section - Performance Management

In the Summary Section of the Performance Form, the overall rating for each section is not calculated, even though the checkbox "Display calculated section rating" is enabled in the Goals/Competencies Section Advanced Options.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Performance > select the affected form.
2. Select ratings for the goals or competencies.
3. Wait for the form to be auto-saved. 
4. Scroll down until the Overall Summary section > see that there are ratings for each competency / goal, but the overall section rating is not calculated (it still displays as "Unrated" or as the label you defined for Unrated).
   
   

This can be caused by the form attribute "no-calc" being set to "true". To identify what is the value of this attribute, you can follow the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Performance Management > Form Template Settings.
2. Select the affected template > click "Download Form Template".
3. Open the template XML file > check the element "sf-pmreview" for the "no-calc" attribute: 

To resolve the issue, change this attribute to "false" and re-launch the form. This configuration change can only be done from provisioning, so please engage your Implementation Partner to complete it or, if you no longer have an Implementation Partner, you can contact Cloud Product Support to complete this small change.

This setting can be changed in Provisioning > Form Template Administration > select the form template > in the "Edit Form Attributes" section, change from "No calculation on form" to "Calculation on form" > Save.
