2735904 - File Encryption option is not available when scheduling reports in Report Center

The "File Encryption" option is not available in Report Center when scheduling Report - Table type of reports.

If the "File Encryption" option is not available in Report Center, it means the Encryption Key was not imported yet in Provisioning.

You need to import the key to make the option available while scheduling the report.

To encript the file, it is a prerequisite to please obtain the public key from the third party system that you will be importing SuccessFactors data.

It is possible to import the key on the instance following the steps on this KBA through the integration center 2673786. Alternatively, in case you have a partner or access to provisioning it is possible to follow the steps below:

1. Go to Provisioning > Managing PGP Keys
   
   The screenshot below means that the PGP Key has not yet been imported:
   
   
   
2. Click on Browse > select the key you want to import> Import Key
