Symptom

  •  ERSSD RepAgent (dbltm) cannot start with error below

Open Server "xxx" started
Successfully connected to replication server 'xxx' as user 'xxx'
Maintenance user: 'xxx'
Transaction log "/xxx/xxx" starts at offset xxx
Processing transaction logs from directory "xxx"
Processing transactions from active transaction log
Replication starts after queue identifier (xxx)
Cannot use RS_Maintenance_user as the LTM's RS_user
Shutdown caused by fatal error
Beginning LTM shutdown sequence and freeing resources
LTM Shutdown Complete

  • Checking the data in rs_maintusers and rs_users, but cannot find anything incorrect.
  • Also the passwords of all the related accounts have not been modified before the error raised.
