2736164 - recovery strategy could not be determined - BKI1214E: TSM Error for session to server

Symptom

You are trying to recover the HANA Database using backint and it fails with the error below, which can also be seen on backup.log:

ERROR RECOVERY INQUIRE finished with error: [449] recovery strategy could not be determined, [110512] Backint reported 'BACKINT recovery job into /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/hdb/backint/log_backup_0_0_0_0 failed with error code ERROR' in file '/var/tmp/hdbbackint_SID...'

In the backint.log file, you can see the following messages in the same timestamp the recovery failed:

BKI2027I: Using TSM-API version 7.1.8.0 (compiled with 7.1.3.0).
BKI2000I: Successfully connected to ProLE on port tdphana.
BKI0005I: Start of program at: <timestamp>.
BKI1214E: TSM Error for session to server <server>:
ANS1361E (RC61) Session Rejected: The specified node name is currently locked.

BKI1201E: There are no Tivoli Storage Manager-Servers available.
BKI1216E: There are no backup management classes available.
