How to insert data keys in E-mail Body?

The values can only be populated if the keys are written in half-width Curly Bracket. It is not easy to differenciate the charactor{}{}. To avoid invalid key format, rather than manually filling in the keys, we will recommend to add keys by clicking {k} button and select them. Please refer to the below screenshot.

What are the causes why keys are not populating in the E-Mail body?

The key's format is not valid. There should be no space in the Curly Bracket.
