2736419 - SAP Jam - Can the sender email address be changed for email notifications?

Customer wants to change the noreply@sapjam.com sender email address for SAP Jam email notifications. Is it possible?

Currently, it is not possible to change the sender address.

The sender address for all SAP Jam email notifications can only be noreply@sapjam.com due to DKIM and SPF requirements, with only one exception: when the customer has custom domain on the environment, the email notification sender address will come with the custom domain. For example:

• Custom domain: SAPtest
• Email sender: noreply@SAPtest.sapjam.com

NOTE: The email sender 'name', however, can be changed according to the customer's need. This is explained in KBA 2427357.
