2736446 - Error RSAR051: DSO contains less than 1000 requests without CL entry

In transaction code RSREQREDUCE, you see the rating of data target DataStore is yellow, and you have followed the note 1431315 to delete the change log requests in the data target DataStore, but when use transaction code RSREQREDUCE to reduce large request lists in the data target DataStore objec (DSO), got the following error in the BIBCTL_* job:

DSO <DSO technical name> contains less t han 1000 requests without CL entry
Message no. RSAR051

The above error can also be seen from "EVALUATE requests" option of the transaction code RSREQREDUCE.
