2736622 - Memory leak in promotion engine | SAP Knowledge Base Article

Hybris process consumes most of old generation heap memory and there will be frequent full GC happens in Hybris.

Eventually there will be OutOfMemory if we don't restart hybris server in time.

This issue happens after a lot of promotion publises.

If we check the heap dump file, we can see following objects consumes most of memory.

SAP Hybris Commerce 6.6 and above.
