2736764 - Error when activating DSO request only exists in RSODSACTREQ

Symptom

Process chains Z_XXX_YYY failed on its activation for DSO ZSXXXX.

Error message encountered is:

  • DSO ZSXXX is inconsistent; request DTPR_XXX only exists in RSODSACTREQ

        Message no. RSM1362

  • Activation of M records from DataStore object ZSXXX terminated

        Message no. RSM1102

 In table RSODSACTREQ the request number DTPR_XXX still exists even if already deleted it from target DSO ZSXXX

 Tables RSICCONT, RSMONICDP, and RSREQICODS do not contain the request anymore.
