  • SAP Transportation Management Collaboration Portal (CP)
  • Carrier submits invoice from collaboration portal, and in ECC SXMB_MONI message shows an error:

    Error while processing message payload
    An error occurred when deserializing in the simple transformation program <xyz>
    Cannot convert one or more characters.
    The following is an extract from the source buffer, starting from the first character that cannot be converted: <abcde>
