2736980 - EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) is not getting generated for non-ABAP systems

EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) for a non-ABAP (Java, HANA) system is not getting generated automatically, e.g. due to at least one of the following circumstances:

• Although SDCCN data collection is already available, the session is not getting processed by the SM:EXEC SERVICES job. You might also observe messages like ...
  
  "Similar download for session *** and system *** could not be found"
  
  ... in the joblog of the SM:EXEC SERVICES job.
  
  
• The SDCCN data collection attached to the related SDCCN task as well as to the respective service session is actually the data collection of the Solution Manager itself instead of the intended Managed System, as indicated by the data collection SID.
